Dear A & A Limo,
We reserved a six passenger limo for a concert event. We visited limo web sites and got many replies from different companies with different prices. We were very impressed with the email response we got back from A & A. A & A emailed us not only the price quote, but with impressive information that no other limo company had bothered to offer.
Our driver for the night was very professional and very well customer orientated. He made sure we were satisfied in every aspect as the valued customer. We experienced an incident on this night our driver made sure everything was going to turn out for the best.

AIRPORTS:
... My husband and I had the pleasure of using your services during our honeymoon. Your drivers drove us from the Airport, to the resort in the Pocono and back. The driver checked us in once we arrived at the resort and had someone help us with our bags. He also got the resort to check into our hotel even though we arrived several hours ahead of the "official" check-in time. It is rare to find people that take such pride in their jobs and I would like to recognize the time they took to make our trip memorable.

WEDDINGS:
...When my new husband and I started planning our wedding last year, we were so excited about getting started. We had the ring and the date all picked out and all we had to do was start researching vendors to make our wedding dreams come true. It wasn't an easy task, but we finally developed a list of local vendors in our price range. We learned that when dealing with the wedding business, there is more "quantity" than "quality". We also learned that if we were going to be happy that day, we needed "quality" vendors that would deliver excellent service - vendors we could trust and "meet our standards" throughout the day. After all we're in charge - the vendors we hire work for us.
We discovered A & A Limousine Services at the Lehigh County Bridal Expo. After a ton of questions, A & A promised us excellent service so we booked them that same evening. Not only did A & A deliver on their promise, but also assigned us the world's most responsible, personable, and fun driver we have ever met - Stanley McFarland (or Stosh as we know him).
Stosh called us 3 days before the wedding to confirm the directions and let us know that we were in good hands. Stosh was our limo bus driver responsible for shuttling our guests to and from the reception thus ensuring our guests a safe and fun evening. Every guest that rode in the limo bus raved about the driver! "Where did you find him? He's excellent!" "We love your driver!" Stosh ensured our guests safety, but also gave them an entertaining ride. After the reception was over, Stosh also helped our families load all of the wedding gifts into limo bus. He then shuttled everything home and unloaded them at our house for us.
We believe that A & A has an excellent service, but Stosh goes above and beyond "excellent." He helped make our wedding day memorable, but more importantly "personable and without worries." We recommend A & A Limousine Service to anyone seeking wedding transportation services. We especially recommend Stosh as our preferred driver.

... My husband and I booked a super stretch white limo on our wedding day. We were very pleased with your company and employees. The limo arrived on time, got us to the church, to our pictures & reception site on time. The red carpet toast was a wonderful surprise! BIRTHDAY:
...I called you last Thursday for limo service the very next day to take my adult children and their partners, 9 people, to Atlantic City for my son's
30th birthday. Honestly, calling at the very last minute, as I did, I did not expect much, if anything at all. At best I figured I'd get the
'leftovers'. I could not have been more wrong! And I would be remiss if I did not take the time to thank you AA Limousine and your outstanding driver

The limo was beautiful, roomy, impeccably clean, and stocked. I did not go on this trip, but from first contact with Matthew, he was pleasant
professional and his happy demeanor just made me smile without meeting him. He arrived right on time, he allowed us all the time we needed to do the
"Surprise Thing" with my son, Matt allowed my grandson to go in the limo and was as accommodating as anyone could be. Matthew made everyone feel great!
The next day, after everyone returned and was rested I called each one of my four children to see how their big night in Atlantic City went. All but one
came home broke, but when I ask each what was the high point of the night each person either said "Matt the driver" or "the limo ride down". Each
person had a different story of something special that Matt did or said to make their time both fun and memorable.
I will be putting your card in my rolodex as "Thee Only Limo Company" to call and I ask that you extend my gratitude to Matthew Webber for making my
birthday surprise to my son so very very successful and memorable.
